You may find that your research shows that you do need A+ certification which is great and will give you the confidence to know that doing the course and spending your saving on it, is the right decision.
If you are not completely confident that you are doing the right thing then you will need to do a risk assessment and decide whether the course will help in your current career, should you have no need to find a new job and whether it is worth doing anyway for that reason. It will be a hard decision and not one that you should not spend a long time thinking about but it will be worth while if you find that you can get a great job as a result of it.
